As time goes by, a few words by Maud Tardieu on time going away; to Patrice Tardieu.
On small pieces of paper:
« Now time drifts too quickly, the current of time escapes between my fingers and I can’t hold it back. »
« I haven’t the time to finish what I have began.
A day, the days go away from me.
How can I keep them ? »
« To be peaceful, to go to the far end of time,
Don’t be hurried by time. »
« Not to do anything. »
« I am moving away, I am dissolving in Time. »
Maud Tardieu
Translated from the French by Patrice Tardieu.
